As a property owner or a landlord, your aspiration is to maximize your asset's yielding profit. What would be the best way to do it? The final goal is to make the place as beautiful as possible yet not spend too much money on furniture.

Where am I? What year is it? It feels that I traveled in time, everything is so different. I have no clue how I could have arrived here, cannot recall how I entered. This apartment seems to be in Amsterdam, but I am not sure - things have changed so much since I've been to this city for the last time.

I'm Krasimir. Krasimir in Bulgarian means 'making the world beautiful'. I am a renovation contractor, and I own this house. I break walls and then rebuild them in different locations. I paint, replace, polish, and renovate.

This was the first designing project that I worked on here in The Netherlands, an apartment meant for investment purposes. The owner's key request was to redesign an apartment that would be suitable for rent and would include two separate bedrooms.
